When we picked up Jake from Kick Boxing, his instructor was very impressed, she said he was working really hard and his positive attitude towards his training was making a real difference!

It was the school fair which was a great event, good weather and we all enjoyed it followed by a great afternoon evening at friends house in the pool.

Jake ran an event at the shop by himself. He opened up, looked after the shop, kept track of the sales and then locked up - He did and excellent job!

Having disappointed herself a few weeks back, Lily really made the effort to day to get on a spar during her Karate class, even though she did get hurt (a little) and it is not the part of the hobby that she likes very much.

The first proper bike ride of the year, not far only 12k but it felt really good to be riding again!

Maryann's birthday and Zoe had put in so much effort to make sure she had a good day. Maryann send a message saying that we were the best bosses every - made us both really happy.

Jake has been running our new Pokemon League now for 3 weeks, today he unlocked the shop, created an event, recorded the sales and generally ran everything - very proud of him!

Took Jake to an extra Kick Boxing class today - very pleased with his efforts as he is ready to grade even though a few weeks back he thought about quiting.

Bank Holiday and a bit of a lazy day, I did pop to Aldi's and purchased a load of new bike equipment including some shoes which I have needed for months - did the first ride a bit nervous of falling of and making a fool of myself, but it was great a much better ride than before!

Sleep over at Grandmas for the children, Jake went to Youth Mix by himself, he a great time and even ate a bug!

We went to the cinema today as a family - the first time in ages! We saw Avengers Age of Ultron which was brilliant, everyone enjoyed it, and then back to Grandmas for dinner.

Spent the evening catching up with my sisters - it has been too long and we really must try and do it more often

After dinner tonight we listened to some really old cheesy music such as 'Superman', 'The Crazy Frog', 'I'm Too Sexy' amongst many others - the children loved it and Lily's dancing was excellent!

Despite some initial problems today - the evening was really busy and KD Games Night went really well!

Two children at the playgroup (a 4 yr old boy and 2 yr old girl) walking around holding hands - really sweet!

My mums Birthday - bought her an Orange Tree to thank her for all the fruit she brings the children which she really appreciated.
